Okay, hello, it’s me again, AJ, and we’re back for another lesson.
خب، درود، دوباره منم، ای‌جی، و با یه درس دیگه برگشتیم.
This lesson is called “Unlimited Power.
این درس «قدرت نامحدود» نام داره.
Great title and of course it comes from the book by Tony Robbins who is another one of my favorite teachers.
عنوانی فوق‌العاده و خب مشخصا از کتابِ تونی رابینز که یکی دیگه از معلمای محبوبمه می‌آد.
In fact, I really love Tony.
در واقع من واقعا عاشق تونی‌ام.
I just got back from a seminar of his.
من تازه از یکی از سمینارهاش برگشتم.
He is fantastic and I highly recommend his books, his tapes, his CDs, his seminars…anything you can get from Tony Robbins…fantastic!
اون شگفت‌انگیزه و من کتاب، نوار، سی‌دی، سمینارهاش… هر چیزی که می‌تونین از تونی رابینز به دست بیارین رو شدیدا توصیه می‌کنم… شگفت‌انگیزه!
And we’re going to again do a little excerpt, a little section from one of his books and this section talks about the number one trait that determines success and happiness in Tony Robbins’ opinion, and I agree with him.
و ما قراره دوباره یه گزیده‌ی کوچیک، یه بخش کوچیک از یکی از کتاب‌هاش رو بخونیم و این بخش راجع به ویژگی شماره یک که موفقیت و شادی رو تضمین می‌کنه از نظر تونی رابینز که خب منم باهاش موافقم، حرف بزنیم.
And that number one trait, that one factor, that one thing that really creates success and powers and gives energy to everything else is passion.
و اون ویژگی شماره یک، اون یه دونه فاکتور، اون یه چیزی که واقعا موفقیت و قدرت رو می‌سازه و به هر چیز دیگه‌ای انرژی می‌ده، شور و علاقه‌ست.
So this is a little section about passion from Tony Robbins’ book, Unlimited Power.
پس این یه بخش کوچیک درباره‌ی شور و علاقه از کتاب قدرت نامحدود تونی رابینزه.
So I am just going to go ahead and read that section and then I will talk about it more.
پس من صرفا قراره برم جلو و اون بخش رو بخونم و بعد بیشتر راجع بهش صحبت خواهم کرد.
So here we go.
پس می‌ریم که داشته باشیم.
Success is not an accident.
«موفقیت تصادفی نیست».
The difference between people who produce positive results and those who do not is not some sort of random roll of the dice.
«فرق بین آدمایی که نتایج مثبت حاصل می‌کنن و اونایی که نمی‌کنن مث تاس ریختن یه چیز تصادفی نیست».
There are consistent logical patterns of action, specific pathways to excellence that are within the reach of us all.
«الگوهای ثابت منطقی‌ای از اعمال وجود دارن، مسیرهای به خصوصی به سوی تعالی که در دسترس همه‌ی ما هستن».
We can unleash the magic within us.
«ما می‌تونیم جادوی درونمون رو از بند رها کنیم».
We simply must learn how to turn on and use our minds and bodies in the most powerful and advantageous ways.
«ما باید یاد بگیریم که چطوری به قوی‌ترین و سودمندترین روش‌ها ذهن و جسممون رو فعال و ازشون استفاده کنیم».
Have you ever wondered what a Steven Spielberg or a Bruce Springsteen might have in common?
«تا به حال فکر کردین که یه [آدمی مثل] استیون اسپیلبرگ یا یه بروس اسپرینگستین ممکنه تو چی اشتراک داشته باشن»؟
What do a John F Kennedy and a Martin Luther King, Jr share that caused them to affect so many people in such a deep and emotional way?
«یه جان اف کندی و یه مارتین لوتر کینگ چه چیزی رو با هم مشترکن که باعث می‌شه کلی آدم رو به همچین نحو عمیق و احساسی‌ای تحت تاثیر بذارن»؟
They have been able to get themselves to consistently take effective actions toward the accomplishment of their dreams.
«اونا توانایی این رو داشتن که متداوما اعمال مؤثری در قبال دستیابی به رویاهاشون اتخاذ کنن».
But what is it that got them to continue day after day, to put everything they’ve got into everything they do?
«ولی چیه که باعث شده اونا روز به روز ادامه‌ش بدن، که هر چی دارن رو پای کاری که انجام می‌دن بذارن»؟
There are of course many factors however I believe there are fundamental character traits that they have cultivated within themselves.
«البته که فاکتورهای زیادی وجود داره گرچه من باور دارم خصایای شخصیتی بنیادی‌ای وجود دارن که اون‌ها داخل خودشون پرورششون دادن».
Characteristics that give them the fire to do whatever it takes to succeed.
«ویژگی‌هایی که بهشون شور و حرارت انجام دادن هر چیزی که برای موفق شدن نیازه رو می‌ده».
These are the traits that can insure your success as well.
«این‌ها خصایایی هستن که می‌تونن موفقیت شما رو تضمین کنن».
Trait number one: Passion.
«ویژگی شماره یک: شور و علاقه».
All of these people have discovered a reason, a consuming, energizing, almost obsessive purpose that drives them to do, to grow and to be more.
«همه‌ی این افراد یه دلیل، یه مقصود انرژی‌بخش و حتی مشغله‌طور دارن که اونا رو به سمت انجام دادن، رشد کردن و بیشتر بودن سوق می‌ده».
It gives them the fuel that powers their success and causes them to tap their true potential.
«این بهشون انرژی‌ای می‌ده که موفقیتشون رو تقویت می‌کنه و باعث می‌شه به ظرفیت حقیقیشون برسن».
It’s passion that drives the computer scientists through years of dedication to create the kind of breakthroughs that have put men and women in outer space and brought them back.
«شور و علاقه‌ست که دانشمندان کامپیوتر رو به سمت سال‌ها ایثار برای ایجاد پیشرفتی که مرد و زن رو به فضا برده و برگردونده هدایت می‌کنه».
It’s passion that causes people to stay up late and get up early.
«شور و علاقه‌ست که باعث می‌شه آدما تا دیروقت بیدار باشن و صبح زود پا شن».
It’s passion that people want in their relationships.
«این شور و علاقه‌ست که آدما توی رابطه می‌خوان».
Passion gives power and meaning.
«اشتیاق، نیرو و معنی می‌بخشه».
There is no greatness without a passion to be great, whether it’s the aspiration of an athlete or an artist, a scientist, a student, a parent or a businessperson.
«بدون شور رسیدن به بزرگی، هیچ عظمتی وجود نخواهد داشت، خواه آرزوهای یک ورزشکار باشد یا یک هنرمند، یک دانشمند، یک دانش‌آموز، یک والد یا یک تاجر».
Discover how to unleash this inner force of passion within yourself.

Okay, whew!
خب!
So Tony Robbins, you can tell he’s a very passionate guy himself, very, very passionate.
خب تونی رابینز، مبرهنه که اون خودش یه آدم خیلی پرشوره، خیلی خیلی پرشور.
And I really love this section because all the things we’ve talked about until now, they really are about passion.
و من واقعا عاشق این بخشم بخاطر اینکه هر چیزی که ما تا الان راجع بهشون صحبت کردیم، در واقع راجع به شور و شوقن.
Changing your body, changing your focus, changing your beliefs, what you are doing is finding that passion inside of you.
عوض کردن [حالت] بدنتون، تغییر دادن تمرکز، تغییر دادن باورها، کاری که شما انجام می‌دین پیدا کردن شور و علاقه‌ی درونتونه.
That energy, that incredible physical and mental and emotional energy that will help you succeed at anything.
اون انرژی، اون انرژی شگفت‌انگیز فیزیکی و ذهنی و احساسی که بهتون کمک می‌کنه تو هر چیزی موفق بشین.
Without energy, it’s hard to succeed.
بدون انرژی، موفق شدن سخته.
Without energy, it’s hard to do anything.
بدون انرژی، انجام دادن هر چیزی سخته.
If you have no energy, you can’t exercise.
اگه انرژی‌ای نداشته باشین، نمی‌تونین ورزش کنین.
If you have no energy, probably your relationships will be bad.
اگه انرژی‌ای نداشته باشین، احتمالا روابطتون بد خواهد بود.
If you have no energy, you’re not going to learn English very well, you’re not going to learn anything very well.
اگه انرژی‌ای نداشته باشین، قرار نیست خیلی خوب انگلیسی یاد بگیرین، هیچ چیزی رو قرار نیست خیلی خوب یاد بگیرین.
If you have no energy, you’re not going to be a good teacher.
اگه انرژی‌ای نداشته باشین، قرار نیست معلم خوبی بشین.
You’re not going to be a good father, you’re not going to be a good mother, nothing in your life will be excellent or even very good if you don’t have that energy and that passion.
قرار نیست پدر خوبی باشین، قرار نیست مادر خوبی باشین، هیچ چیزی توی زندگیتون عالی یا حتی خیلی خوب هم نخواهد شد اگه اون انرژی و اون شور و اشتیاق رو نداشته باشین.
The passion drives everything else.
شور و علاقه هر چیز دیگه‌ای رو تحریک می‌کنه.
It’s the fuel, it’s like the gasoline for your engine, for everything.
[مث] سوخته، مث بنزین واسه‌ی موتورتون می‌مونه، واسه همه‌چی.
And so, to learn English, for example, you need to develop a passion for English, exciting reasons to learn English.
و بنابراین به عنوان مثال، واسه یادگیری انگلیسی، شما نیاز به ایجاد یه شور و اشتیاق برای انگلیسی دارین، دلایل مهیج برای یادگیری انگلیسی.
Not just take a test, taking a test, who gets excited about taking a test?
نه صرفا امتحان دادن، کی واسه امتحان دادن هیجان‌زده می‌شه.
Almost nobody.
تقریبا هیچکی.
In fact, usually it’s the opposite, right?
در واقع، معمولا برعکسه، مگه نه؟
Most of us get stressed about taking a test.
اکثر ما واسه امتحان دادن دچار استرس می‌شیم.
Most of us have fear about taking tests.
اکثرمون ترس داریم واسه امتحان دادن.
And it’s the same in schools, not just English.
و توی مدارس هم همینه، نه فقط انگلیسی.
All of education, in almost every country, kills passion.
کل تحصیلات تقریبا تو تموم کشورها، شور و اشتیاق رو می‌کشن.
Most classrooms, high school, elementary school, middle school, university, they kill passion, they kill that energy in the student unfortunately.
اکثر کلاس‌ها، دبیرستانا، دبستانا، راهنمایی‌ها، دانشگاه، اینا شور و اشتیاق رو می‌کشن، متاسفانه اون انرژی توی دانش‌آموز رو می‌کشن.
It probably happened to you, it certainly happened to me when I was growing up.
احتمالا براتون اتفاق افتاده، قطعا واسه من که وقتی داشتم بزرگ می‌شدم اتفاق افتاد.
It’s happened to 99/9P of the students I have taught.
واسه ۹۹.۹ درصد شاگردایی که من بهشون تدریس کرده‌م اتفاق افتاده.
When they come to me their passion has been diminished, lessened or even almost killed.
وقتی می‌آن پیشم، دیگه شور و شوقشون از بین رفته، کم شده یا تقریبا کشته شده.
The good news is it’s never completely killed.
خبر خوب اینه که هیچوقت کاملا کشته نمی‌شه.
You can find it again.
شما می‌تونی دوباره پیداش کنی.
Because naturally as human beings we love to learn, our brains love learning.
بخاطر اینکه غریزتا به عنوان انسان، ماها دوست داریم که یاد بگیریم، مغزامون دوست دارن یاد بگیرن.
So sitting in little desks and taking tests and being criticized by teachers and getting grades, all that bullshit, all that crap, it kills passion, it may have killed the passion in you so just forget about it.
پس نشستن تو نیمکتای کوچیک و امتحان دادن و توسط معلم نکوهش شدن و نمره گرفتن، همه‌ی این مزخرفات، همه‌ی این چرت و پرتا، شور و شوق رو می‌کشن، ممکنه اشتیاق درون شما رو کشته باشن پس فقط فراموششون کنین.
That part of your life is over.
اون بخش زندگیتون تموم شده.
Thank god, yes, it’s over.
خدا رو شکر، آره، تموم شده.
Now you’re in charge, now you are responsible.
حالا دیگه شما عهده‌دارین، شما مسئولین.
Now you are learning because you want to learn, so do it in a way that gives you that passion, that gives you that excitement.
حالا شما دارین یاد می‌گیرین چون یادگیری رو می‌خواین، پس به یه روشی انجامش بدین که بهتون شور و شوق بده، بهتون هیجان بده.
Find reasons to learn English that you love, that are exciting.
دلایلی واسه یادگیری انگلیسی پیدا کنین که دوستشون دارین، که هیجان‌انگیزن.
If you’re single, maybe you could get a girlfriend or a boyfriend by speaking English.
اگه سینگلید، شاید بتونین با انگلیسی صحبت کردن یه دوست‌دختر یا یه دوست‌پسر پیدا کنین.
Hmm, that would be fun…date someone from another country because of your great English skills.
همم، باحال می‌شه… بخاطر مهارت‌های فوق‌العاده‌ی انگلیسیتون با یه کسی از یه کشور دیگه رابطه ایجاد کنین.
That would be great.
این فوق‌العاده خواهد بود.
If you’re a businessperson or want to be one, maybe you could make tons of money, lots and lots of money because of your great English skills.
اگه تاجرین یا می‌خواین که باشین، شاید بتونین کلی پول در بیارین، بخاطر مهارت‌های فوق‌العاده‌ی انگلیسیتون کلی کلی پول در بیارین.
That would be great.
این فوق‌العاده خواهد بود.
If you’re a parent, maybe because of your excellent English ability you could help your children learn English.
اگه یه والد هستین، شاید بخاطر قابلیت فوق‌العاده‌ی انگلیسیتون بتونین به فرزندانتون کمک کنین انگلیسی یاد بگیرن.
Not the way you did, not the terrible way that is taught in schools, but in a much better way, a way that excites them so that your children have great opportunities in the future.
نه اونطور که شما انجامش دادین، نه به روش افتضاحی که توی مدارس تدریس می‌شه، بلکه به یه روش خیلی بهتر، یه روشی که هیجان‌زدشون می‌کنه تا بچه‌هاتون توی آینده فرصت‌های عالی داشته باشن.
Those are exciting reasons to learn English.
اینا می‌شن دلایل مهیج واسه یادگیری انگلیسی.
Maybe you could just make a lot of friends.
شاید بتونین کلی دوست پیدا کنین.
Maybe you could make friends in the United States, in Canada, in the UK, in other countries, because we use English to connect with people in every country of the world.
شاید بتونین تو ایالات متحده، کانادا، بریتانیا، تو باقی کشورا دوست پیدا کنین، بخاطر اینکه ما توی تموم کشورای دنیا از انگلیسی برای ارتباط با افراد استفاده می‌کنیم.
You could make friends in Japan, in Korea, in China, all through Europe, all through Asia, all through South America, Central America.
شما می‌تونین از ژاپن، کره، چین تا اروپا، تا کل آسیا، تا آمریکای جنوبی، تا آمریکای مرکزی دوست پیدا کنین.
You could have an incredible web of friendships, international friendships all over the world.
می‌تونین یه شبکه‌ی فوق‌العاده از روابط دوستانه داشته باشین، روابط دوستانه‌ی بین‌المللی تو کل دنیا.
You could find incredible, interesting books written in English.
می‌تونین کتابای فوق‌العاده و مهیج نوشته شده به زبان انگلیسی پیدا کنین.
Maybe you can’t find them in your language.
شاید نتونین اونا رو تو زبان خودتون پیدا کنین.
So many cool, interesting opportunities open to you by being excellent with English.
پس با عالی بودن تو زبان انگلیسی کلی فرصت باحال و هیجان‌انگیز واسه‌تون باز می‌شه.
Because right now, at this moment in history, English is the international language.
چون که همین الان، توی این برهه‌ی تاریخی، انگلیسی زبان بین‌المللیه.
We use it for science.
ما واسه علم ازش استفاده می‌کنیم.
When scientists in different countries want to communicate, they use English.
وقتی دانشمندا توی کشورای مختلف می‌خوان ارتباط برقرار کنن، از انگلیسی استفاده می‌کنن.
We use it for business.
اواسه تجارت ازش استفاده می‌کنیم.
We use it for relationships.
واسه روابط ازش استفاده می‌کنیم.
We use it so many ways right now so that’s why you’re learning English.
در حال حاضر به کلی روش‌ها ازش استفاده می‌کنیم پس واسه اینه که شما دارین انگلیسی یاد می‌گیرین.
Not to take some stupid test.
نه واسه دادن چندتا امتحان مسخره.
So find the reasons that make you feel passionate about learning English.
پس دلایلی که باعث می‌شن نسبت به یادگیری انگلیسی حس پرشور بودن کنی رو پیدا کن.
And in your life in general, find things in your life that make you feel passionate.
و به طور کلی توی زندگیت، توی زندگیت چیزایی که باعث می‌شن احساس پرشور بودن کنی رو پیدا کن.
Get that energy going, not just with English but with everything in your life and your life will just feel so much more interesting and exciting.
اون انرژی رو راه بنداز، نه فقط تو انگلیسی، تو همه‌چیز زندگیت و زندگیت هم خیلی جالب‌تر و هیجان‌انگیزتر خواهد شد.
You will get this kind of energy.
شما این جور انرژی‌ای رو به دست خواهین آورد.
The kind of energy you hear in my voice, the kind of energy you see if you ever see Tony Robbins or read his books or listen to him, anybody who is doing well, anybody who is excited, anyone who has that energy, it’s because of this passion.
این جور انرژی‌ای که توی صدام می‌شنوین، اونطور انرژی‌ای که اگه یه وقت تونی رابینز رو ببینین یا کتاباش رو بخونین یا بهش گوش بدین می‌بینین، هر کی که داره خوب پیش می‌ره، هر کی که هیجان داره، هر کی که اون انرژی رو داره، بخاطر شور و اشتیاقه.
They have passionate, interesting, compelling, exciting reasons to learn, to do what they do.
اونا دلایل پرشور، جالب، قانع‌کننده و مهیجی واسه یادگیری، واسه انجام دادن کاری که می‌کنن دارن.
Find those and you will get that energy too.
اونا رو پیدا کن و تو هم اون انرژی رو به دست خواهی آورد.

Welcome to the vocabulary lesson for “Unlimited Power.
به درس دایره لغات فصل «قدرت نامحدود» خوش اومدین.
” Let’s start right away.
بیاین درجا شروع کنیم.
Our first phrase is roll of the dice, roll of the dice.
اولین عبارتمون Roll of the dice (به معنی قل خوردن تاس: اشاره به شانسی یا ریسکی بودن چیزی) هستش.
Now the sentence in the article says:
حالا جمله‌ی داخل مقاله می‌گه:
The difference between people who produce positive results and those who do not is not some sort of roll of the dice.
تفاوت بین افرادی که نتایج مثبت حاصل می‌کنن و اونایی که نمی‌کنن مث یه جور قل خوردن تاس نیست.
Okay, roll of the dice means a random event, random event.
خب، Roll of the dice یعنی یه رویداد تصادفی، رویداد تصادفی.
So a roll of the dice is a random event.
پس A roll of the dice یه رویداد تصادفیه.
It’s kind of a random chance, random chance, random event.
یه جورایی یه شانس تصادفی، شانس تصادفی، رویداد تصادفیه.
So he’s saying it’s not a roll of the dice, it’s not random.
پس داره می‌گه مث قل خوردن تاس نیست، تصادفی نیست.
In other words, it’s not chance that one person is really excellent and another person is not.
به عبارت دیگه، این شانسی نیست که یا آدمی خیلی عالیه و یه آدم دیگه نه.
It’s not luck.
بخت نیستش.
It’s not luck, there are reasons, there are very consistent reasons that one person is very excellent all the time and another person is not.
بخت نیست، دلایلی وجود دارن، واسه این که یه فردی همیشه خیلی فوق‌العاده‌ست و دیگری نیست دلایل خیلی استواری هستش.
Okay, so roll of the dice kind of is this idea of luck or randomness or a random event.
خب، پس Roll of the dice یه ایده‌ی بخت و تصادف و رویداد تصادفی ای پشتش داره.
Roll of the dice.
Roll of the dice.
He’s saying it’s not a roll of the dice, it’s not chance, it’s not luck, it’s something else.
داره می‌گه قل خوردن تاس نیستش، شانسی نیستش، از روی بخت نیستش، یه چیز دیگه‌ست.
Okay, another phrase in this article, the phrase within the reach of all of us.
خب، یه عبارت دیگه توی این مقاله، عبارت Within the reach of all of us (به معنی در دسترس همه‌مون).
Excellence is within the reach of all of us.
تعالی در دسترس همه‌مون هستش.
Within the reach of, within the reach of.
Within the reach of، Within the reach of (به معنی در دسترس).
Within the reach of means near, or easy to get or possible to get.
Within the reach of یعنی نزدیک، یا آسون و ممکن برای به دست آوردن.
Excellence is within the reach of all of us means excellence is near all of us.
تعالی در دسترس همه‌مون هستش یعنی تعالی نزدیک همه‌مونه.
Excellence is easy to get for all of us.
داشتن تعالی برای همه‌مون آسونه.
Excellence is possible to get for all of us.
داشتن تعالی برای همه‌مون ممکنه.
Okay, so again, within the reach of means something that’s possible to get.
خب، پس دوباره، Within the reach of یعنی یه چیزی که قابل به دست آوردنه.
We can reach it, we can get it, we can grab it, we can have it.
می‌تونیم بهش برسیم، می‌تونیم بهش دست پیدا کنیم، می‌تونیم بگیریمش، می‌تونیم داشته باشیمش.
Possible to get, near.
ممکن برای به دست آوردن، نزدیک.
So it’s within the reach of.
پس در دسترسه.
Our next word is unleash.
کلمه‌ی بعدیمون Unleash (به معنی رها ساختن، از بند رها کردن) هستش.
Unleash the magic within us all.
جادوی درونمون رو رها کنیم.
Unleash the power inside of you.
نیروی داخل خودمون رو رها کنیم.
Unleash means to free, make something free.
Unleash یعنی آزاد کردن، چیزی رو آزاد کردن.
It means before it was not free and then you open the door and it comes out.
یعنی قبلش آزاد نبوده و بعد تو دریچه رو باز می‌کنی و میاد بیرون.
It’s free.
آزاد می‌شه.
So if you unleash your power, it means you had the power all the time inside you but it was like locked up, you weren’t using it, it wasn’t free.
پس مثلا اگه شما قدرت خودتون رو رها کنین (Unleash)، معنیش اینه که همه‌ی این مدت قدرت رو داخل خودتون داشتین اما غل و زنجیر بوده، ازش استفاده نمی‌کردین، آزاد نبوده.
If you unleash it, it means you open yourself and that power comes out.
اگه رهاش کنین، یعنی خودتون رو باز می‌ذارین تا اون قدرت بیرون بیاد.
You set it free.
آزادش می‌کنین.
You free it.
آزادش می‌کنین.
So that’s unleash, unleash.
پس این شد Unleash، رهاسازی.
Next we have the word advantageous.
بعدش کلمه‌ی Advantageous (به معنی سودمند، باصرفه، برتر) رو داریم.
Advantageous.
Advantageous.
We want to learn how to use our bodies and our minds in advantageous ways.
ما می‌خوایم یاد بگیریم چجوری از جسم و ذهنمون به روشای مزیت‌دار (Advantageous) استفاده کنیم.
Advantageous.
Advantageous.
Advantageous means beneficial.
Advantageous یعنی سودمند.
It means something that is helpful, something that is useful, something that is good.
یعنی یه چیزی که مفیده، کارامده، چیزیه که خوبه.
So reading a lot of easy novels is advantageous.

To cultivate means to develop, to grow, to care for, right?

Next we have the word fuel.

It also means like gasoline but in the most basic meaning it’s energy.

Was this a breakthrough?
آیا این یه موفقیت عظیم بودش؟
Of course it was.
البته که بود.
It was a breakthrough, a big breakthrough, a big change, sudden, big improvement.
یه موفقیت عظیم بودش، یه موفقیت بزرگ، یه تغییر بزرگ، یه پیشرفت بزرگِ یهویی.

Well, of course, Marco’s life changed.
خب، البته که زندگی مارکو عوض شد.

حالا مشخصا، استرِیْت و گِی، داریم راجع به همجنسگرایی و دگرجنسگرایی که اصطلاحات رسمین حرف می‌زنیم،
Homosexual means a man likes a man or a woman likes a woman, in terms of love and sexually.
همجنسگرا یعنی آقا، آقا رو دوست داره یا اینکه خانم، خانم رو دوست داره، از نظر عشقی و جنسیتی.
And then straight is the opposite.
و خب متضادش می‌شه استرِیْت.
Straight means heterosexual, it means when a man is attracted to a woman or a woman is attracted to a man, we say straight is kind of the casual way to say that.
استرِیْت می‌شه دگرجنسگرا، یعنی وقتی که یا آقا به خانم‌ها متمایله و یه خانم به آقایون، استرِیْت یه جورایی روش خودمونی‌تر گفتنشه.
So straight and gay.
پس شد استرِیْت و گِی.
Okay, so tens of thousands of gay men wanted Marco’s body because he was hot and sexy.
خب، پس ده‌ها هزار آقای گِی بدن مارکو رو می‌خواستن چون جذاب بودش.

This time we’re going to start with “Since 1979.
این دفعه قراره [جملات] با “از ۱۹۷۹” شروع کنیم.
Since 1979 Marco has wanted a hot, sexy body.
از ۱۹۷۹ مارکو یه بدن جذاب می‌خواسته.
Since 1979 Marco has wanted a perfect body.
از ۱۹۷۹ مارکو یه بدن تموم‌عیار می‌خواسته.
But, he didn’t have one.
ولی نداشتش.
Unfortunately, he was a little bit fat, a little bit weak.
متاسفانه یه ذره چاق، یه ذره ضعیف بود.
Not terrible, but he didn’t have a perfect, sexy body.
افتضاحم نبودا، ولی یه بدن جذاب تموم‌عیار نداشت.
So since 1979 he has wanted a perfect body.

However, one day Marco bet all his money on the stock market.
هر چند، یه روز مارکو همه‌ی پولش رو روی بازار سهام (بورس) شرط بست.
It was a roll of the dice.
این کار ریسک زیادی داشت.
It was a chance, it was a random chance, it was a bet on luck, it was a random event.
شانس بود، یه شانس تصادفی بود، شرط بستن رو بخت بودش، یه رویداد تصادفی بود.
So it was a roll of the dice.
پس کار خیلی ریسکی ای بودش.
He bet all his money on the stock market and he lost all of it.
همه‌ی پولش رو روی بورس شرط بست و همه‌ش رو هم باخت.
However, he decided that it was an advantageous event.
هر چند، در نظر گرفت که این یه رویداد سودمند بودش.
He decided it was a good thing.
در نظر گرفت که این چیز خوبی بود.
Because now finally he had free time.
بخاطر اینکه حالا بالاخره وقت آزاد داشتش.
Finally he could cultivate his health.
بالاخره می‌تونس سلامتیش رو کشت بده (پرورش بده).
Finally he could cultivate his body.
بالاخره می‌تونس بدنش رو پرورش بده.
And remember, his aspiration was to have a perfect body just like Brad Pitt’s.
و یادتون باشه، آرزوش این بود که یه بدن درست عین برد پیت داشته باشه.
And so every day he went to the gym.
پس هر روز رفت باشگاه.
Every day he ran.
هر روز دوید.
Every day he worked out.
هر روز ورزش کرد.
Every day he ate green vegetables and finally one day after two months, a breakthrough, a sudden big change.
هر روز سبزیجات سبز خورد و بالاخره یه روز بعد دو ماه، یه موفقیت عظیم، یه تغییر ناگهانی بزرگ رخ داد.
He got a perfect body.
به یه بدن تموم‌عیار دست پیدا کرد.
His body was exactly like Brad Pitt’s.
بدنش درست مث برد پیت بود.
And then tens of thousands of gay men wanted his hot, sexy body.
و بعدش ده‌ها هزار از آقایون گِی بدنش رو می‌خواستن.
Tens of thousands of straight women wanted his hot, sexy body.
ده‌ها هزار از خانمای استرِیْت بدنش رو می‌خواستن.
He was very, very happy.
خیلی خیلی خوشحال بودش.

انگار الان دارم تصورش می‌کنم.
I’m just thinking of this story and it’s going to happen five years from now and I’m telling you my idea for my story.
فقط دارم به این داستان فکر می‌کنم و قراره مثلا پنج سال بعد از الان اتفاق بیفته، و من دارم ایده‌ی خودم از داستانم رو برای شما تعریف می‌کنم.
So here’s my idea for a story.
پس حالا اینم از ایده‌م واسه یه داستان.
Let’s say maybe five years in the future.
بیاین بگیم مثلا حدود پنج سال بعده.
In five years there will be a guy named Marco and he’s going to bet all his money on the stock market.
پنج سال بعد قراره یه آقایی باشه به اسم مارکو و قراره که کل پولشو روی بورس شرط ببنده.
He’s going to bet $67/7 million on the stock market in fact.
در واقع قراره ۶۷.۷ میلیون دلار روی بورس شرط ببنده.
It’ll be a roll of the dice, y’know, it’ll be a bet on chance, a bet on luck.
یه کار ریسکیه، می‌دونی، شرط بستن روی شانس، شرط بستن روی بخته.
And unfortunately for him it will be a roll of the dice and he’s going to have bad luck.
و با کمال تاسف واسه اون، کار خیلی ریسکی ایه و بخت بد بیاره.
He’s going to lose all his money.
قراره همه‌ی پولشو ببازه.
But, Marco is a very positive strong person.
ولی، مارکو یه آدم قوی خیلی مثبته.
He’ll decide that it’s an advantageous event.
قراره اینطور فکر کنه که این یه رویداد سودمنده.
He’ll decide it’s a good thing.
قراره اینطور فکر کنه که این یه چیز خوبه.
He’ll decide this because he’ll say, “Well, now I have free time to cultivate my body.
قراره اینطوری فکر کنه چون قراره بگه “خب، حالا دیگه وقت اضافه دارم تا بدنم رو پرورش بدم”.
I’m going to cultivate my health.
“قراره که سلامتیم رو پرورش بدم”.
” Of course, his aspiration will have always been to have a great body, to have a perfect body.
و البته که مرادش همیشه این بوده که یه بدن عالی، یه بدن تموم‌عیار داشته باشه.
And now he can realize his dream.
و حالا می‌تونه این رویا رو تحقق ببخشه.
And so he’ll run every day.
پس قراره هر روز بدوه.
He’ll go to the gym every day.
قراره هر روز به باشگاه بره.
He’ll eat green vegetables every day and after two months he’ll have a giant, huge breakthrough.
هر روز سبزیجات سبز بخوره و بعد دو ماه قراره یه موفقیت عظیم، و بزرگ داشته باشه.
He’ll get a body just like Brad Pitt’s.
قراره یه بدن درست مثل برد پیت داشته باشه.
Now, of course, tens of thousands of gay men are going to want him.
و خب البته که قراره ده‌ها هزار از آقایون گِی اونو بخوان.
Tens of thousands of straight women are going to want him.
قراره ده‌ها هزار از خانمای استرِیْت اونو بخوان.
He’s going to be a very happy guy.
قراره یه آدم خیلی خوشحال باشه.
He’ll be very, very happy.
خیلی خیلی خوشحال باشه.
